Look, when I say I get it, I GET IT.

I’ve worked in the corporate environment where showing up early and leaving late was the expected norm of behavior and people worked on the weekend to earn extra “good employee” cookies. I’ve held down multiple jobs that got me out of the door at 5:30am and back home after 9pm. I’ve felt the simultaneous pride and exhaustion of being able to push myself harder and further than anyone else I knew.

One Christmas I pushed myself so hard before the holiday that I found myself curled up on the bathroom floor at my workplace with a high fever throwing up every 30 minutes. And guess what. I dragged my ass off that floor, filled myself full of crackers and Pedialyte, and still managed to drive 4 hours to my family’s holiday celebration.

Because I didn’t know anything different. And you might not, either.

Since that fateful Christmas, I’ve spent over a decade of my life learning everything I can about untangling my own anxiety and chronic burnout.

From meditation to yoga to energy work to mindfulness to group facilitation, I’ve been trained in it all.

Now as a Certified Professional Coach with this incredible background under my belt I’ve pulled out the common threads of each of these practices and made them accessible for anyone to learn.

I never want anyone to find themselves stuck down the same burnout hole that I was — alone, exhausted, and absolutely out of options.

That’s why I created The Fortitude Collective.

Not later. Not someday. Not when you have enough time or money or energy.

I’ve never invested in myself like this before and I feel a little nervous about the commitment and the money.

This is completely normal! The unknown is bound to create nerves and if you’ve never invested in your own growth before it might feel selfish and strange. I want everyone in the group to be enthusiastically and 100% in and committed to the work so I encourage you to click here to jump on the phone with me for 20 minutes to talk through any of the concerns you may have.

How many people will be in the group?

8 – 12 people, including you. I’ve found that this is the perfect group size, because it allows  everyone to get individual attention from me as well as growing supportive relationships with each other.

Perfect! This group allows for the option of a monthly one-on-one call with me in addition to the group work. Simply select that option when you sign up.

I’m already so busy. How much time will this take each week?

I highly recommend making the group calls (it’s people’s favorite part of this work). If you can’t make the calls, they will will be recorded. The only required call is the first group call since it sets the container for the rest of our work together.

There will be weekly meditation practices and the tools we’ll be working with will be woven throughout your week so they won’t require *extra* time, mostly more awareness and introspection. If you’ve got 2 hours to spare in your week, you’ll be able to get what you need from this group.

I’ve tried mindfulness and meditation and all that before and it never worked for me.

You’ve never done it with me and you’ve never used it in the way we’ll be using it in this group. Mindfulness is a buzzword just like self-care that’s been watered down until its actual power is barely discernible. What we are doing together is the real deal. What does the weekly material cover?

Week 1* – The Introduction (working with the body, tapping into the internal) *note, this call is 90 minutes and required. All other calls are 75 minutes and will be recorded.*

Week 9 – The embodiment of change (the comfort zones and how to use them)

Week 10 – Movement (the body is built for it – how are you using it?)
