— I’m the founder of the Fortitude & Flow Process® and I help people reform their perfectionism so they can reclaim their energy and agency.

— I love talking, teaching, and facilitating and if I could do podcast interviews every day I would!

I work one-on-one with really smart people (like you!) so they can live the life they’ve been working so hard towards through my signature program, Emerge. I also lead Renew, a virtual gathering based on the lunar calendar that prioritizes healing, rest, self-care, and community.
