The Standing Still Collective is a year-long monthly virtual gathering for people that want to live in a world that is nurturing, celebrates self-care and collective hope, and believes in healing and change.
Each new moon in 2020, you, me, and a powerful group of humans will come together to celebrate and honor their intentions. You’ll strengthen your immune system through movement, meditation and visualization. You’ll envision the future you want to create. You’ll create small and doable actions to release the stress and the past and invite in your desires and your future.
Because we are in completely new and uncertain territory right now, I have transitioned the $37 monthly membership of this group to a pay-what-you-want price. Will you join us at a rate that feels good for you?

The Standing Still Collective is your sacred space to support and be supported, offer presence and receive it, and connect with your deep inner knowing, and be surrounded by a group that cheers on your highest good month after month.
This group is grounded in my strong belief that connection is one of the most healing experiences we can have as humans. Showing up for ourselves, showing up for others, and declaring our truth is what is going to change not only us but the world around us. We are being called to do something different, to make an impact, in a way that is different from the status quo.
I believe deeply in this vision and I believe deeply in the people that are here for it.

How is this going to work?
Each month we’ll meet on the new moon for 60 minutes on Zoom to do a gentle movement routine to release stress and stuckness and allow space for energy. I’ll offer some tools to help soothe and stimulate the nervous system. After letting our systems settle, we’ll go through a connective meditation and visualization to tap into our inner knowing. Once we’re plugged in, we’ll each identify what we want to put less energy toward and release and put more energy toward and have more of and create a small and doable step to move us forward. To close, you’ll create a personal permission slip that you can use for your highest good.
A few days before each session, you’ll receive an email with prompts to reflect on your past month and plan for your next month so you have time to think about what you need and want and create a fresh vision for who you are and who you are becoming.
On the full moon, I’ll send a gentle check-in with some practices to help you stay connected.
It’s important to continuously update your intentions as your life and circumstances shift. Some months you may make huge strides and feel like a superhero. Other months you may be psyched to brush your teeth each day. This monthly practice will ensure that you recommit to yourself and your desires every single month in a way that works for you, is doable, and is supported by a community of like-minded folks.
What kind of goals do people in this group set?
We fully support and cheer lead everyone’s individual desires. Here are a few of the small and doable actions members have shared.
- Letting go of rigid workout schedules to carve a new identity
- Letting go of the need to know if something is the “perfect” next step
- Saying no to obligations that aren’t in alignment
- Letting go of the need to make other people happy
- Looking in the mirror daily and saying “I love you and you are enough”
- Setting boundaries around work and personal time
- Being compassionate and taking time to understand and research a new diagnosis
- Spending 5 minutes a day in meditation
- Letting go of the need to fix other people’s problems
- Setting boundaries in work environments that create chronic stress

Why the new moon?
Let’s be honest, the full moon gets a lot of attention. It’s big, it’s bright, it’s flashy, it’s got a reputation for intensity.
But we’re not here for the usual. We’re not here for what’s popular. We’re here for what actually WORKS which is why the new moon is the perfect time to meet.
The new moon is a hidden gift. It supports what we are doing. Our inward focus. Our releasing of things that no longer serve us. Our quiet, not flashy, calm, not intense, but nonetheless powerful and consistent journey through the year. The new moon is the perfect time to start something new, open yourself up to possibility, and release the things that didn’t work during the prior lunar cycle.

What’s not included:
This collective does not include specific individual support. If you are in need of additional guidance and support in-between sessions, I offer one-on-one support through my Fortification Intensive and ongoing coaching and consulting support.
I like the idea but I’m a total introvert and it freaks me out to think about talking in front of a group of strangers.
Totally cool! You can participate at whatever level you feel comfortable. People in the past have chosen to join without video, or just showed up and did their thing without talking out loud or even chatting in the chat box. There is no pressure to be anyone other than yourself at whatever level you feel comfortable.
Can I join after January?
Definitely! You can sign up at any point during the year and we will fold you into the mix seamlessly.
