Perfectionism is a survival tactic. It disconnects you from your body and tells you the key to your happiness is outside of you.
That’s the opposite of the truth.
You’re brought into this world with a unique and incredible Operating System designed to help you flourish. Perfectionism disconnects you from your innate fortitude and turns you into a passenger as Social Systems (you’ll learn about these in the book) drag you along.
